Meningitis...help? Maybe?

I am concerned I may have meningitis...actually that comment seems ridiculous now looking at it (as I am on the computer posting this). Anyway...i really only have four symptoms, which seem to be of no major life threatening quality.

I have the following symptoms:

Headache
Sore neck
Tiredness (doesn't improve with sleep)
Chills (NO FEVER...my temp is 86.5)

I have no symptoms that are common in a cold or flu. No sore throat, fever, etc. Also, things like the headache go away with tylenol.
